Building H
The Group of Buildings G and H is situated in the south-eastern part of the yard. An alley curves along the north-western façade of the building, and along the south-eastern façade there is a wide green yard taking up the area up to the street fence.
This group of buildings is comprised of four separate interconnected 3-storey houses. They fall under Zone A of the Black Sea Building Regulations Act. They are planned to be up to 7 meters high. Each of those houses is vertically divided into two identical apartments, intended for seasonal residence. Each apartment has its own staircase and a big terrace facing the south-western side.
